Train-the-Trainer, Seville

8-12 of September, University of Sevilla, Seville

The second Trainer event took place in Seville, Spain between 8 and 12 of September 2014. Involving Living Wall technologies the event was organized and delivered by Dr. Luis Perez Urrestarazu and his team on behalf of the University of Seville. An outstanding, fruitful training was provided along with excellent hospitality and the perfect dinner, right beside a living wall. Relevant pictures can be found at the Gallery section.

Train-the-Trainee, Malta

28 to 30 of January 2015 – University of Malta, Malta

The second trainee event in Malta, aiming at knowledge dissemination gained from the UgreenS initiative was successfully organized at the University of Malta by Dr. Kevin Gatt between the 28th and 30th of January. The meeting was attended by 14 trainees from various professional backgrounds. The event was enjoyed by the participants who found the topic of Living Walls aesthetically pleasing and its contribution to air cleansing important for the promotion of such technologies. Train-the-Trainee, Nicosia

23-24 of April – Frederick University, Nicosia

The second "Train-the-trainee" event to take place in Cyprus was organized between the 23rd and 24th of April. The event was organized once more by FRC and took place at the "Engineering and applied science laboratory" of Frederick University. The event involved 6 trainers and was organized and supervised by Dr. Anastasiou. A total of 50 trainees attended the event. The trainees had the opportunity to witness a demonstration unit of a “Living Wall” build by the project team. Some pictures of the event are available at the Gallery section.
